How to Use the Evergreen Online Catalog

Use the Indiana Evergreen catalog to search for books, movies and more from libraries across Indiana.

1. Go to https://evergreen.lib.in.us
2. In the search box, type the title, author, or subject you are looking for.
3. Click Search. A list of result will appear.
4. Click on the title of the item you want to learn more about.
5. If you want this item click Place Hold
6. Enter your library card number and PIN (Your PIN is often the last 4 digits of your library card number)
7. You must choose the library where you will be picking up the item and how you want to be notified when it is ready for pick up.

Things you can do after Logging In

• Check what items you currently have out
• Renew items 
• See items on hold
• Create a list of all books you have read
